DIVE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEPOSITS YOUR WEB GAURANTEE DIVING-FISHING SNORKELING PART ONLY:
A. Should your Diving/fishing be cancelled by us because of weather conditions, and we cannot reschedule within your holiday itinerary, we will REFUND ALL MONIES PAID IN FULL WITH NO QUIBBLES!
B. Should you or a member of your party fall ill and you have to cancel your BALI trip, or are in Bali, on the presentation of a copy of a medical certificate, and you notify us within time limits, we will refund in full any monies paid, by bank transfer or cash if required back to you.
ALL Booking  Fees :
While we will always do our utmost to accommodate any changes. However as we do incur Costs/losses  if you don’t cancel on time, we will need to charge you a cancellation fee
In case of cancellations of individual day trips and courses, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
  1. Cancellations 48 hours before the start of a trip, will be charged 25% of the agreed price paid by you.
  2. Cancellations only 24 hours before the start of a trip, will be charged 50% of the agreed price paid by you.
  3. Cancellations after 16.00 on the day before the trip, will be charged 100% of the agreed price
  4. Manuals that have already been picked up can only be returned if they have not been used and are in a good condition at the discretion of divedivedivebali.
PACKAGE DEALS:
In case of cancellations of dive safaris and accommodation, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
  1. Cancellations 14 days  and over before the start of a trip, will be charged 25% of the agreed price
  2. Cancellations  7/ 13  days before the start of a trip, will be charged 50% of the agreed price.
  3. Cancellations only 48 hours before the start of the trip, will be charged 100% of the agreed price.
EQUIPMENT LOSSES OR DAMAGE:
  • Please let us know in case you need a letter for your insurance company.
  • Oops, I lost my fin or fish hook & rod (or any other rental equipment)
  • Dive equipment you rent from Divedivedivebali, is the responsibility of the diver renting it.
  • Damage to or loss of dive equipment will be charged for, at replacement rate.
  • A receipt will be provided, upon request, for the repair/purchase of the new item(s).

ALL Bookings are only guaranteed once divedivedivebali has received a deposit of 25%.
